Job Description

Senior Influencer and Social Media Management

  • Support the various needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media team as directed by the team lead
  • Contact local artists, celebrities, KOLs to join the cooperation plan
  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clients, which may include but are not limited to the following
  • Be able to create content for KOLs, Cultivate key users to continuously create and improve contents in a certain category;
  • Responsible for the operational performance of key users and improvement of contents;
  • Capability to plan and implement online & offline campaign, complete related data analysis; research insights on each brands
  • Develop innovative, creative, and unique approaches to influencer marketing
  • Enhance the communication between users and improve stickiness, activity, and loyalty of the user group, build up a positive community and incremental of contents.
  • Communicate results, both internally and to clients
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders and digital media
  • Attend relevant events and do the KOLs management
  • experience working across key digital platforms and technologies, including Social (Facebook, IG, Twitter, Youtube), Search (SEO, SEM), Programmatic, GDN, Website, Direct and others.
  • Lead the trial of new digital channels and trends; keep brand teams up to date and train team to understand the opportunity each platform has for our brands
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • With certain operations experiences in social media and agency, or operation of KOL in all categories especially in traveling, food, lifestyle and fashion , IT and gaming community
  • Understand the needs of the user and good at finding and cultivating KOL/Influencer, a successful case will be a plus;
  • Outstanding skills in communication, presentation and problem-solving, enjoys communicating with users and able to deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset;
  • Strong planning skills both online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming;
  • Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure
  • English proficiency (able to communicate effectively in English both written and spoken)
