Midas PR sat down with Maya and members of the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) to hold several brainstorming sessions. We also conducted four different focus groups to make sure our standards were appealing to all target groups and compiled a full report based on our findings.
We also handled all the behind-the-scenes work:
• Creation of the Maya Restaurant and Sky Bar’s website
• Restaurant’s Facebook page
• Design of their advertisements
• Creating hype through appropriate media channels
• Planning and executing the pre-event and launch party
The pre-event for Maya Restaurant and Sky Bar was held at Hotel Muse Bangkok. In order to gain as much traction for Maya, we disseminated press releases to targeted media outlets, perfected the menu through our copywriting skills, arranged the plating for photo shoots, created a memorable restaurant tagline and invited selected media, celebrities and ambassadors. Maya decided last-minute to host a launch party, which meant Midas had a little less than two weeks to organize, execute the event and fill the launch party with key opinion leaders, celebrities, media outlets and all the right people to cause a commotion and make Maya’s presence known.
